OneRequest
OneRequest is a web platform that allows users to customize their car search and connects users with dealers that can match their requirements.
Going beyond typical car-dealer websites that provide a listing of vehicles a dealer wants to sell, OneRequest anonymously connects its users with dealers that can match their requirements. The OneRequest system saves buyers time and trouble by matching each request to dealers that have the exact model, trim level, and features a buyer is looking for. And while it protects a shopper's contact information until he or she is ready to reveal it to relevant or qualified dealers, it also brings sellers a supply of serious buyers without the use of algorithms that rank cars or provide pricing analysis that could affect purchasing momentum.
When they needed technology as unique as their approach to automotive matchmaking, OneRequest turned to Creative Capsule. We built the complete OneRequest ecosystem, including the web platform that includes an interactive chatbot, back-end infrastructure for requester/seller matching logic, vehicle information API integration, promo code management, and provider filter setup.

I've been pleased with that work product that Creative Capsule has delivered. The data that we've been working with has created some challenges, but CC continues to work through those and thus far I've been pleased with the end result. While at times I may get frustrated with a particular item, I am comforted by the fact that my main POC with CC's management team is as particular and quality-driven as I am. I have full confidence that I'll receive a quality product and so far that's been the case.
