  • Assist in defining and refining internal processes and documentation related to the recruitment lifecycle, and continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the HR team and PR/Marketing to align employer branding efforts with recruitment messaging and candidate experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, L&D, Department Heads) to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integration
  • Establish connections and promote opportunities to prospective candidates while representing company culture and values
  • Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health), identify trends or bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven solutions to improve performance
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure accurate candidate pipeline reporting, while ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and tracking of candidate status is timely and accurate
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding in all hiring activities
  • Stay informed about market trends and share relevant insights with the team
