Public Relations Manager (Verna, Goa, India | Full Time)

This position is responsible to oversee promotional and public relations messaging to enhance a favorable image of the company with employees, potential candidates, customers, influencers and the public. The person will be developing and executing marketing campaigns and liaising with other departments’ staff. The person will be responsible for distributing them to the public via print media, advertising, and social media.  

 Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget, tactics and analytics for recruitment, sales prospecting, and internal communications 
  • Coordinate with the executive staff in developing marketing strategies and goals 
  • Execute campaigns as per the approved plan and report on progress and performance 
  • Ensure the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels 
  • Create and maintain analytics reports across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies 
  • Assist in creating content for all promotional activities  
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure communication adhere to relevant policies and guidelines 
  • Liaise with the design teams to develop creative briefs and create successful assets that meet company guidelines for emails, digital ads, brochures, newspaper advertisements, banners, and other media 
  • Periodically monitor messaging and posts that involve company or company staff on various platforms and take actions to address any inappropriate content  
  • Coordinate with and oversee various vendors for tactics implementations 
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting marketing and make appropriate recommendations regarding changes in strategy, goals and tactics 
  • Assist in preparation of call scripts and generating call lists and post-call analysis 
  • Assist in oversight of sales prospecting data collection activities 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency with print and online marketing and social media campaigns and analytics 
  • Established press and media contacts   
  • Proficient in developing editing and proofreading various content for websites, magazines, blogging, and social media posts 
  •  Understanding of data analysis basics

  • Aptitude to adopt to the audience while presenting information

 Education and Work Experience: 

  • The candidate must have over 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or Marketing.
