Julia Talauliker, CEO / Client Relations
On daily basis Julia serves as a liaison between the client, designers, and developers to ensure that client objectives and goals get translated into specifications and technical requirements.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Julia drives the overall direction of the company and oversees the company's operations. Although her background is outside software development she has more than eight years of consulting experience in strategic planning, management and information technology.

Salil Talauliker, CTO / Application Development
Salil provides leadership and direction for all application development and support activities for specific application areas. He is responsible for multiple project teams.

As the Chief Technology Officer, Salil is responsible for ensuring that Creative Capsule's staff is versed in the latest technology and that support systems are in place to sucessfully design and implement applications. Salil comes from network engineering background but has spent last eight years designing and integrating web-based applications.

Tomek Weber, Multimedia Design
Tomek has more than eight years of experience in multimedia design.  His knowledge of latest design tools and his artistic mind allow Creative Capsule to deliver unique experiences for the site users.

Richard Orr, Honorary Chair
Richard brings more than 20 years of senior management experience in operations and marketing. Richard advises Creative Capsule on the overall direction of the company. Although his background is outside software development he knows what makes companies successful. His diverse experience in manufacturing, consumer products, and medical equipment as well as his entrepreneurial skills are invaluable to Creative Capsule.

Ronald Bower, Advisor
Ron advises Creative Capsule team in custom application development and product marketing. He brings more than 30 years of experience in applications development. During his accomplished career Ron served as an Executive Director of R&D and Product Marketing at Informix Software. Ron also led product development at Butler Manufacturing. Besides being an accomplished leader Ron is also a successful entrepreneur. Under his leadership two regional startups Digital Archeology and Datastorm Technologies grew to become accomplished companies and were acquired by the national companies like Delano Technologies and Symantec.
