QualServ Corporation

QualServ is one of the nation's top manufacturers and distributors of foodservice equipment, supplies and services to national restaurant and fast-food chains like Applebee's, Chipotle, Papa John's Pizza, and Macaroni Grill.

Challenge

QualServ's order processing application was not functioning properly giving errors and not populating data records into an Oracle database.  Some of the issues included the database being scattered across different platforms; the system could only support one user at a time; and data entered into the system was not validated.

Solution

Creative Capsule worked with QualServ to improve its mission critical applications.  Creative Capsule team redesigned the order processing system to eliminate delays and allow multiple users to access the system concurrently.  The user friendly interface also validates the data entered by each sales representative alerting them if the information they typed is not valid.  Use of appropriate technologies has resulted in an application that is more robust and scalable to meet the growing needs of QualServ Corporation.
