Step 2When the E-mail Accounts window appears, check the radio button next to "Add a new e-mail account," then click the Next> button to continue.
Step 3Click the Add... button to create a new account.
Step 4For Server Type, select "POP3" and click the Next> button.
Step 5Complete the following form exactly as you see below substituting yourdomain with your actual domain and your personal information. Click the More Settings... button to enter the final information.
Step 6Complete the fields on the General Tab as you see below substituting yourdomain with your actual domain. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
Step 7Complete the form exactly as you see below. Click OK
Step 8:Once you have completed the form, you can click Test Account Settings... to have Outlook verify that everything is configured properly. You will get an email in your Inbox if the test was successful. Click Next.
Step 9Click the Finish button to complete the setup of your new e-mail account.
Congratulations! Your e-mail account has been setup.
