How to setup E-mail account in Microsoft Entourage

Step 1

From Entourage's Tools menu, select Accounts

Step 2

When the Accounts window appears, click the Mail tab and click the New button and select mail account to continue.

Step 3

Enter your name and click the right arrow button.

Step 4

Enter your email address as shown below. Substitute yourdomain for your actual domain name. Click on the right arrow button.

Step 5

Fill in the information as shown below. Substitute yourdomain for your actual domain name. Click the right arrow button.

Step 6

Enter your account information as shown below. Substitute yourdomain for your actual domain name. Click the right arrow button.

Step 7

Enter a name for the account. You can specify any desirable name for the account. Click the Finish button to complete the setup of your new e-mail account.

Congratulations! Your e-mail account has been setup.
